This tip is to avoid chances of minced meat forming big lumps in soup/gravy, causing end product with some cooked and some partially cooked minced meat.
Method:
1. First add some hot water to a container holding raw minced meat. Mix well with a spoon.
2. Transfer everything to big saucepan of boiling water to ensure all minced meat are just cook.
3. Ladle up the cooked minced meat. It is now ready for use in cooking.
