Sambal Belachan

Ingredients:
Red fresh chilli, deseeded, 10 pcs
Belachan, toasted, 2 tbsp
Lime juice, 3 tbsp
Sugar, 1 tsp
Salt, ½ tsp



Method:
1. Pound red chilli to paste.

2. Add in toasted belachan and pound.

3. Add in lime juice, sugar and salt, and mix well.
