Garlic salt is a spice mixture used in cooking. It is basically 1 part of garlic powder mixes with 3 parts of salt, and with some humectant to prevent clumping. It gives lot of flavour to food without extra weight or volume. It can be added to homemade hamburger or sausage, stuffing, soup, stew and even popcorn.
