Japanese-style Salad Dressing

Serves 2

Ingredients:
Rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp 
EVOO*, 5 tbsp
Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
Sugar, ½ tsp

* EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Method:
1. Mix vinegar with soy sauce and sugar.

2. Slowly add in EVOO and mix well.
