How to Handle Dried Fish Maw (花胶) Before Use in Cooking?

This tip is on how to handle dried fish maw before use in cooking.



Method:
1. Soak dried fish maw in water for 4 days and 4 nights.

2. Drain off water.

3. Cut into bite size and parboiled before use in cooking.
