Tempura Dip Sauce

Ingredients:
Dashi soup stock, 1 cup
Mirin, ¼ cup
Soy sauce,  ¼ cup
Sugar,  ½ tbsp



Method:
1. Heat mirin in pan over medium heat.  Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.

2. Turn off heat when sauce boils.
